Josh arrived promptly and serviced our heat source system, both inside and outside units were cleaned and checked, all necessary upgrades and adjustments were made to the control system and he offered excellent advice regarding setting of various protocols and timers. His product knowledge is second to none and I wouldn’t hesitate to use AGG again.

Google2026-06-16“Josh, Charlie and Leigh are absolutely brilliant. I've had these chaps do a number of jobs for us, including replacing pipe work in a new kitchen, and chasing pipes into a wall.
Also had Josh and the team install new radiators throughout the house and the work was done to a very high standard. Most recently we even had Josh come out at very short notice one evening to fix a leaking pipe behind a wall, and subsequently prevent a lot of damage from being caused as a result.
Loads of attention to detail, extremely courteous and very professional. Cannot fault their work at all and it's clear they take great pride in what they do. Would recommend completely to anyone that needs an honest and hardworking team of plumbers.”

Google2026-06-16“I ordered air con from a big company called Glow Green. Their customer service is awful and the engineer did not come after I had a cleaner and carer ready for their aftermath. After what seemed forever they agreed to send someone out, bless them. Josh and Charlie of AGG Kent arrived and restored my faith in mankind, air conditioning and air conditioning engineers. They were amazing. Given very little info from Glow Green they set about what they had to do. They consulted me every step of the way when an issue appeared and asked what I wanted to do. They seamlessly installed the air con, left zero piping or wires visible, and cleaned up and moved everything back for me. I am in a wheelchair and Glow Green knew that. I asked Glow Green to commend these engineers for their special service, above and beyond. They didn't. No one does because we are quick to complain and slow to praise. If you want your home cold in the sunshine, and if you want it warm in the snow, kick those fat suits right between the legs, because AGG Kent is the place to go. Thanks lads.”
